In Anadia, past the old Church of Arcos, continue towards Avelãs de Caminho, a town that, as the name suggests, is very reminiscent of the Jacobean Route. Keep going through S. João de Azenha, where you might want to take a break to visit the cellars. The Camino continues through Aguada de Baixo, Borralha and Sardão, crossing the river and ending the stage in Águeda.

Every year, Águeda puts itself on the world stage through the AgitÁgueda Art Festival, the event that brings colour to the entire city with the installation of the emblematic suspended umbrellas. An attraction that draws thousands of tourists to the municipality every year. Christmas season is popular too, with the giant Santa Claus, an image associated with the city.
