Parada de Aguiar - Vidago

Inhale... Exhale... Enjoy... And cool off in the thermal waters, on your way to your destination. On this stage, after travelling through the Aguiar valley to Vila Pouca de Aguiar, with its mountains and plateaus, you descend to Cidadelha until you cross the Roman Bridge. For many, this is the most beautiful section of the route and they soon realise why. At this point, there's good reasons to take a diversion to Lagoa do Alvão. A perfect place to get in touch with nature and enjoy the time for introspection. Back on the Way, Vila Meã follows, before Pedras Salgadas and Vidago where walkers/pilgrims enter an atmosphere with history and details inherited from the Belle Époque.
